Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, seeks a Senior Director, Controller to lead global controllership, audits, and M&A integration. You will shape policies, scale teams across domestic and international entities, and partner with cross-functional leaders.

This role requires deep US GAAP knowledge, ERP experience (Oracle Fusion), and a track record of building high-performing accounting organizations in fast-growth environments. CPA or MBA preferred; US person required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership roles (Controller/Assistant Controller).
• Deep understanding of US GAAP and operational accounting workflows.
• Experience with international entities and M&A integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the global controllership across domestic and international entities, including M&A integration.
• Oversee end-to-end financial close process and core accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, revenue, cost).
• Direct international accounting across EMEA, APAC, and the UK and partner with external auditors.
• Drive system optimization across Oracle Fusion and boundary tools to enable scalable processes.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and governance.
• Collaborate with Tax, FP&A, Legal, and other functions to support rapid business growth.
