Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Director, Controller to lead our global controllership and support rapid growth. You will manage accounting operations across domestic and international entities, oversee audits, and drive ERP-centric improvements to scale our finance function.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in leadership roles with deep US GAAP knowledge, ERP (Oracle Fusion) experience, and a track record of guiding teams through complex integrations.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant leadership in high-growth tech, manufacturing, or defense environments.
• Proven track record of leading, scaling and mentoring large distributed accounting teams.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, accounting workflows (GL, AP, AR, Revenue, Inventory/Cost).
• Strong ERP experience, especially Oracle Fusion.
• Ability to execute while shaping strategic priorities in a fast-paced org.
• CPA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the global controllership across domestic and international entities, including M&A integration.
• Oversee end-to-end global financial close, general ledger, AP, AR, revenue, cost, and order management.”
• Direct regional accounting operations and compliance across EMEA, APAC, UK.
• Partner on the integration of acquired entities and balance sheet crosswalks.
• Manage annual audits and statutory audits with external auditors.
• Drive process improvements and ERP automation across the organization.
• Establish robust internal controls and policies to support growth and potential public company readiness.
