IDEAL Industries, Inc. is seeking a Global Controller to lead the financial operations of a multinational organization.

You will partner with senior leadership to drive reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, translating data into strategic insights across global sites. You will mentor a growing finance team, strengthen controls, and implement scalable processes while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Ten or more years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including leadership of finance teams.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of partnering with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to division leadership and a key business partner to the General Manager by connecting financial and operational data and spotting opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide financial insights that guide strategic decision-making and cost optimization.
• Develop and utilize advanced analytical tools and financial data to produce high-quality analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Lead the division’s strategic financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting with department leaders to align with corporate goals.
• Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports to key stakeholders.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to drive financial and operational performance.
• Oversee capital expenditure planning and ensure spending aligns with financial targets.
• Identify financial risks and implement controls and best practices globally.
• Drive implementation of technological solutions to streamline finance operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals and support their development.
