Job summary

Endurance Energy Inc. is seeking a seasoned Controller to establish and lead the accounting function as we scale from startup to global owner-operator of subsea geothermal projects.

You will own the close, GAAP financials, internal controls, ERP, and multi-entity structures, working with executives, auditors, and outside counsel. You will design the function to run without heroics, hire the accounting team, and ensure audit-ready processes for lenders and investors as the company expands

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including controller ownership.
• GAAP fluency across revenue, inventory, cost accounting, and stock-based compensation.
• Experience owning multi-entity consolidation, SPVs, and international subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close end-to-end with GAAP-compliant statements.
• Lead ERP implementation (NetSuite or equivalent).
• Establish internal controls and governance standards.
• Own multi-entity accounting, consolidation, and project SPVs.
• Manage audit readiness and assist lenders/investors during diligence.
• Develop cost and inventory accounting for manufacturing operations.
