Job summary

Willow Technologies is hiring a US-based Global Controller to lead global accounting close, revenue reporting, and multi-currency consolidation. This hands-on leadership role covers tax, payroll, and controls while modernizing the finance stack and processes.

You will manage a distributed team across time zones, drive scalable policies, and partner with the CFO to set the finance roadmap. This fully remote role prefers WA/US candidates and offers substantial equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive accounting or controllership experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, including revenue, leases, and share-based payments.
• Experience leading or improving global accounting processes and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own global accounting close and reporting across jurisdictions.
• Manage revenue, COGS, and multi‑currency consolidation.
• Build and document policies, controls, and operating rhythm for scalable finance.
• Lead a distributed finance team across time zones with strong delegation.
• Ensure tax, payroll, and compliance across regions are up to date.
