Job summary

Tegria Services Group - US, Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Controller to lead the global accounting function, including US, Canada, and Europe.

You will report to the CFO, drive timely financial reporting, GAAP statements, and maintain strong internal controls across multiple entities. You will optimize systems and processes, hire and develop a high-performing team, and guide integration efforts post‑acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in corporate accounting/finance, including 7+ years in management roles with a position of similar scope and impact.
• Experience producing financial statements for audited financials.
• Experience overseeing accounting and payroll functions for companies with more than $500 million in revenue.
• Solid experience with general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cash management and risk management.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Accounting function including international operations.
• Direct GAAP financial reporting and regulatory filings.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and processes.
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting team.
