Andrews & Cole, LLC seeks a seasoned Controller for a fast-growing med-tech company with international operations in a hybrid work environment.

You will lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, prepare consolidated financial statements, oversee inventory accounting with standard costing, and coordinate with FP&A and external auditors. CPA required; US GAAP expertise essential; you will develop staff and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 7–10 years progressive accounting experience; public accounting preferred.
• Experience leading a financial close and multi-entity consolidations.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close including journals and reconciliations.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for multi-entity global operations.
• Oversee inventory accounting, standard costing, and reserve analysis.
• Coordinate with FP&A and external auditors; support SOX program.
• Mentor accounting staff and enforce internal controls.
