Andrews & Cole, LLC seeks a senior finance leader to head accounting operations for a high-growth portfolio. You will oversee general ledger, close cycles, and financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring GAAP compliance and efficient processes.

The role requires CPA certification, 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, and a track record in PE-backed or fast-paced environments, with strong NetSuite/Sage Intacct/ERP and Excel skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; active CPA license required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 5+ years in a Controller or senior finance leader role.
• Experience in private-equity backed or high-growth environments is strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, consolidations, and internal controls.
• ERP implementation experience (NetSuite, Sage Intacct, MS Dynamics) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, and revenue recognition.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with GAAP and PE reporting compliance.
• Prepare internal and external financial statements including board and lender reports.
