Job summary

EVERSANA, a leader in global life sciences services, seeks a Global Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations across entities worldwide. Responsibilities include maintaining GAAP/IFRS compliance, ASC 606 policy, and robust internal controls, while guiding system implementations and M&A due diligence.

As a People Leader, you will manage a global accounting organization, drive month-end close, and partner with FP&A for budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 12-15+ years of accounting experience in multinational companies $100M+.
• Strong technical accounting background including ASC 606, ASC 805 and ASC 842.
• Experience with multi-currency consolidations and international GAAP/IFRS where applicable.
• CPA required.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the assets of the company and enforce a policy handbook.
• Lead global accounting functions across all entities.
• Ensure ASC 606 compliance and maintain related policies.
• Oversee month-end close and reporting processes.
• Coordinate external audits and SOX/compliance activities.
• Manage intercompany eliminations and currency translations.
