Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior accounting leader to run the organization’s global controllership. This role will oversee accounting teams across multiple countries, ensure US GAAP compliance, and drive month-end close.

You will partner with executive leadership on financial strategy, manage audits, strengthen internal controls, and mentor regional accounting leaders to build a scalable finance organization that supports growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
• Experience in corporate/global controller roles and leadership.
• Overseeing multinational accounting operations incl. Europe.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience managing global monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Experience leading external audits and regulatory reporting.
• SOX compliance and IPO experience.
• Big 4 background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Partner with CFOs and executive leadership on financial strategy.
• Manage audit relationships and internal control framework.
• Mentor accounting leaders across regions and build a scalable finance organization.
