Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years accounting and finance experience with global companies; 5+ years with a large US audit firm preferred.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and ability to oversee annual audits.
• Knowledge of US and international tax regulations and compliance reporting.
• Experience with a financial consolidation package and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting activities for the business and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide monthly financial updates to senior management and parent entity.
• Manage monthly close, year-end audit, and internal controls.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, controls, and guidelines.
