This role owns the integrity of the accounting environment, establishing policies and reporting standards for global entities and building processes to support audits and growth. The ideal candidate will operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, drive scalable accounting infrastructure, and lead

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and consolidation.
• Experience in multi-entity/global/public-company environments.
• IFRS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the global accounting function across all entities.
• Design scalable accounting architecture and reporting standards.
• Lead PCAOB audit readiness and audits across entities.
• Drive close process, intercompany controls, and eliminations.
• Lead consolidation, foreign currency translation, and group reporting.
• Oversee new entity acquisitions and integration.
