Job summary

Bitwise Asset Management is seeking a highly hands-on Global Controller to design and lead a world-class accounting function across jurisdictions. You will own accounting integrity, build scalable policies, and drive consolidation and reporting under US GAAP.

You will oversee IFRS and local statutory requirements, coordinate audits, and implement strong controls. This role requires strategic thinking with a hands-on execution style in a fast-growing crypto-focused firm.

Qualifications

• CPA required and actively licensed.
• 4+ years as Controller/Assistant Controller in multi-entity or public company.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP, consolidation, foreign currency accounting; IFRS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own global accounting function across all entities.
• Design scalable accounting architecture and policies.
• Oversee US GAAP consolidation and multi-entity close processes.
• Lead PCAOB readiness and audits across parent and subsidiaries.
• Drive improvements in internal controls and risk management.
