Job summary

The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants seeks a controllership leader to oversee the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of our accounting records and financial reporting across a global, multi-entity structure. You will lead a small team and report to the Senior Director - Finance with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities include reviewing monthly/annual financials, multi-entity consolidations, governance, external reporting, and audit coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP financial reporting for not-for-profit organizations, including ASC 958.
• Experience with IFRS and multi-entity consolidations in a complex organizational environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of accounting records and financial reporting across a global, multi-entity structure.
• Lead controllership and support core finance operations and internal control environment.
• Be the executive lead for external audit planning, fieldwork, deliverables and issue resolution.
• Partner with teams to improve audit findings and strengthen controls, tracking actions to completion.
