Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with multi-entity consolidation.
• Global or multi-region accounting experience; Mexico experience is a plus.
• Strong data controls and hands-on ledger reconciliation.
• Spanish fluency preferred to support Mexico team.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close, including intercompany eliminations.
• Lead day-to-day accounting operations for the North America teams.
• Coordinate treasury across regions with focus on US, and reviews of international treasury.
• Own tax and compliance coordination across entities.
• Standardize and improve accounting processes to cut waste.
• Manage audits and external reporting with banks and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and ensure timely, accurate reporting to support global 3-day close.
• Train and standardize accounting policies on a global basis.
