Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or related field required.
• CPA certification required.
• 15+ years in accounting with global/international scope.
• Experience with SEC reporting for public companies.
• Prior Global Controller experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Accounting Organization with GAAP and SEC compliance.
• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial reporting internally and externally.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and risk management across global entities.
• Drive standardization and automation of accounting processes and monthly close.
• Collaborate with the CFO and global finance teams to support corporate growth strategies.
