Job summary

Guidepoint Global is seeking a Contracts Specialist to be the main point of contact for contract management across global offices. You will draft, review, and negotiate client and vendor agreements, NDAs, and SOWs, while coordinating the contract queue and template library.

The role reports to the Associate General Counsel and requires strong collaboration with Legal, Compliance and Sales teams. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of contract experience; a JD is a plus

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of contract experience and in-house exposure is preferred.
Law degree is a big plus but not required; strong contract management skills are essential.
Experience reviewing and negotiating master services agreements and data processing agreements.
Excellent organization, communication, and ability to handle multiple projects across offices.

Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate client, vendor and other contract types for global stakeholders.
Manage the Contracts Queue and coordinate all contract management activities.
Serve as primary liaison between Legal and internal/external stakeholders for reviews and updates.
Maintain contract templates and ensure compliance with approval policies.
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Sales on contract matters; support special projects.
