Job summary

Rite-Hite seeks a skilled Contracts Manager to join its global legal department in Milwaukee. The role focuses on buy and sell-side contracts, supporting procurement and legal teams through the full contract lifecycle.

You will draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, master terms, and SOWs, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and U.S. and international standards. A collaborative, data-driven approach is valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of contracts management in corporate, in-house legal, or law firm.
• Strong understanding of commercial, distribution and supply chain contracting.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating various commercial contracts.
• Expert in MS Word Track Changes, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Experience with CLM tools (Ironclad, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Able to meet deadlines and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree or ABA-approved paralegal certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracting workflow from initial request to signature.
• Draft, review, and negotiate vendor contracts and SOWs.
• Manage renewals, amendments, terminations, and renegotiations.
• Review lease documents and amendments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business teams.
• Maintain contract templates and playbooks; support CLM adoption.
• Track lifecycle events and document management.
