Job summary

HireTalent is seeking a Contracts Manager to support a broad range of supplier contracting engagements across the organization. This temporary role leads contracting work from intake through signature and ongoing updates, partnering closely with business stakeholders, Legal, Security, Privacy, and other risk partners.

You will help shape clear, practical agreements that protect the organization and keep supplier engagements moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in procurement or contracting.
• Ability to manage multiple contract engagements in parallel and drive work to completion.
• Clear, practical communication with business and supplier stakeholders.
• Experience partnering with Legal or risk teams during contract review.
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced environment.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in legal and/or contracts, specifically including procurement terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier contracting engagements from intake through signature and amendments
• Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, professional services agreements, SaaS or hosted platform agreements, and related order forms
• Partner with internal stakeholders to clarify scope, deliverables, and contracting requirements
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Security, Privacy, and risk partners
• Manage contract updates, changes, and follow-on documents tied to existing supplier relationships
• Ensure contract documentation is accurate and properly maintained in procurement systems
