Job summary

Qualcomm Incorporated is seeking a senior contracts leader to manage a global team responsible for drafting, negotiating, and administering complex procurement contracts. The role emphasizes aligning terms with business objectives and stakeholder needs across the contract lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in contract administration, leadership, and negotiation strategy, with proficiency in CLM and AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Political Science, or related field. Master's or Juris Doctor degree preferred but not required.
• 8+ years of Contract Administration experience or related work experience.
• Completed advanced degrees may substitute for up to two years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directs a global team of contracts professionals responsible for drafting, negotiating, administering, and managing a wide variety of complex contracts.
• Guides the team in administration of highly complex contracts portfolio to ensure fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Reviews projects and assigns works throughout the team accordingly.
• Guides team on Qualcomm's policies and positions related to contracts with critical internal and external parties.
