Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Contracts Manager in the United States to lead the full contract lifecycle, from intake to renewal, across EU and international contexts. You will draft and negotiate agreements, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate on best practices, monitor KPIs, and manage risk while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience, including 2+ years in people management
• Experience in cross-border or international transactions
• Ability to plan, schedule, and align tasks with strategic objectives
• Budgeting, resource allocation, and end-to-end project management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the contract lifecycle from intake to renewal and termination.
• Draft, review, and negotiate EU and international contracts to comply with company standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methods.
• Develop policies and training to mature contracting processes across functions.
• Establish KPIs for contract management and report progress to senior management.
• Identify risks and update contract templates to reflect regulatory and business changes.
