Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of contract analysis or inventory management experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Track and analyze customer inventory usage to prevent shortages.
• Enter and maintain contracts in the ERP system with accurate terms.
• Run shortage reports and identify inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor contract expirations and coordinate renewals.
• Prepare regular reports on contract status and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and supply chain to ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain accurate ERP records and data integrity.
• Identify and implement process improvements in contract management.
