Job summary
IP House is seeking an early-career Counsel, Contracts & Compliance to support commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and legal operations worldwide. You will negotiate MSAs, vendor agreements, and SOWs, while helping refine compliance training and governance.
The role involves cross-border collaboration with US, UK, and other jurisdictions, in a fast-paced, global environment. Ideal candidates are US- or UK-qualified lawyers with 2+ PQE, strong drafting skills, and experience in data
Qualifications
- JD or UK law degree with admission to practice in US/UK
- 2+ years PQE in law firm or in-house setting
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills in commercial agreements
- Familiarity with data privacy, anti-bribery, competition law
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and licensing agreements
- Own contract lifecycle management with tracking of key terms and renewals
- Support proposals or RFPs with input on terms and risk-related matters
- Assist with internal policies on data privacy, anti-bribery, and third-party risk
