Job summary

Fortune Personnel of Houston, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager with extensive in-house contracts administration experience in the oil, drilling, or chemical industries.

The role focuses on applying company procedures and managing the contract lifecycle with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include drafting, revising, negotiating, and finalizing standard form contracts, master service agreements, licensing and confidentiality agreements, IP and product licenses, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of in-house contracts administration / commercial contracts experience in the oil, drilling, oilfield, construction, or chemical industries.
• Experience with master service agreements, vendor agreements, purchase / sale agreements, confidentiality agreements, and general contracts.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Draft, revise, negotiate, and finalize standard form contracts and master service agreements.
• Draft IP, licensing, and confidentiality agreements, plus product/technology licenses, transportation agreements, and access agreements.
• Manage the full cycle of contract administration and drive timely progress toward final agreements.
