Job summary
Incyte is seeking a Contract & Pricing Strategy Director to lead development and management of the strategic portfolio across all therapeutic areas. You will partner with brand teams, pricing, and executive leadership to drive long-term growth, resource optimization, and portfolio alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Experience with dermatology and oncology therapies is preferred.
- Understanding US commercial and government healthcare rebates and pricing.
- Strong leadership, analytical and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the portfolio strategy across inline and pipeline assets.
- Lead pricing, contracting and reimbursement strategy considerations for commercial and government payers.
- Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory and Finance teams.
- Provide governance for portfolio investments, divestitures and risk mitigation.
- Support GTN forecasting and ASP/reimbursement analytics across the portfolio.
