Incyte is seeking a Contract & Pricing Strategy Director to lead the development, execution, and management of the company’s strategic portfolio across therapeutic areas. You will partner with brand teams, market access, finance and senior leadership to drive long‑term growth and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech strategy or portfolio roles.
• Experience in dermatology or oncology products preferred.
• Understanding US healthcare reimbursement and pricing.
• MBA or PhD preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of the strategic portfolio across assets.
• Partner with R&D, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance teams.
• Oversee pricing, contracting, and reimbursement implications.
• Provide KPI-driven portfolio performance updates to senior leadership.
• Guide due diligence for business development opportunities.
