Binding Minds Inc. seeks a Sourcing Analyst to join the Enterprise Sourcing team in Finance & Administration. You will review, draft, redline and negotiate supplier agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs) and support category management across professional services, IT and operations.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supplier contracting experience.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and redlining supplier agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs).
• Knowledge of Data Privacy, AI and Financial Services practices preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs such as cost savings and Days to Pay.
• Proficient with MS Office, Workday, Benchmarking Software and Docusign; AI skills a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communications; well organized with attention to detail.
• Understanding of Third Party Risk Management programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, evaluating, and negotiating supplier agreements including MSAs, SaaS, NDA, SOW, DPA, SLA.
• Managing renewals, work orders, terminations and extensions.
• Leading, reviewing and analyzing RFIs/RFPs as required.
• Data analytics linked to strategic category management, including benchmarking activities.
• Recommending and contributing to projects/process improvement initiatives.
• Adaptable and able to work cross functionally with other teams in the supplier lifecycle.
• Understanding of Third Party Risk Management programs preferred.
