Job summary

Komatsu America Corp. is seeking a Contract Manager for the Surface Haulage Business Unit (SHBU) to oversee aftermarket contracts and mitigate risk. You will coordinate with internal teams, legal, and external stakeholders to ensure compliant contract execution and alignment with strategic goals.

The role demands strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to lead complex negotiations and stakeholder engagements globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent.
3–5 years of Commercial or Sales experience in related industry.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking with business acumen.
Excellent time management and ability to lead meetings.

Responsibilities

Consolidate, manage, and maintain a diverse portfolio of contracts for SHBU.
Collaborate with internal divisions, distributors, and legal teams to support contract execution.
Ensure agreements are reviewed and sanctioned by legal counsel before execution.
Coordinate and chair internal and external engagements across SHBU.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with contractual obligations.
Engage stakeholders and drive decision-making to execute agreements.
Provide data-driven recommendations to executive management on risk and strategy.
Analyze contract performance and market trends to support product and sales decisions.
Enhance brand recognition and market share through high-quality contract management.
