The Contract Manager for the Surface Haulage Business Unit (SHBU) is responsible for managing all aspects of aftermarket contracts, ensuring effective risk mitigation and enhancing customer confidence in Komatsu equipment. This position plays a critical role in coordinating with internal divisions, legal teams, and external stakeholders to support the execution and finalization of contracts, contributing to the overall success and compliance of the SHBU.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 1-10 pounds. Requires good hand‑eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear.
Hiring Range
At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $123,700 - $152,000. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
