Job summary
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor International Corporation, Houston, TX, seeks a CSB Contract Management Specialist to review contracts, negotiate terms, and mitigate business risks with Sales & Legal teams. You will support the lifecycle from bidding through warranty, coordinating with Legal, Risk, Insurance, Tax, and Finance to ensure policy compliance.
The role focuses on Latin America, with potential expansion to North America.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in law, business, or finance.
- 5+ years in commercial/contract management in oil, gas, energy, or industrial services.
- Experience coordinating with Legal, Tax, Finance, and Risk in a multinational.
- Experience in payment terms, AR management, and cash collection.
- English and Spanish proficiency; Portuguese desirable.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate significant service agreements.
- Coordinate contract review with Sales and Legal.
- Ensure proposals and change orders follow contractual and financial principles.
- Lead negotiations for MSAs with key customers.
- Participate in Bid/No Bid reviews with cross-functional teams.
- Assess risks during bidding and project lifecycle.
- Support receivables collection and dispute resolution.
- Provide contract support for business development.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and information security requirements.
