Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Manager – Continuous Improvement in Milwaukee to lead enterprise-wide improvement programs across Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Sourcing and Manufacturing Engineering. You will standardize processes, deploy auditable controls, and drive sustainable growth with a data-driven mindset.

The role requires deep Lean Six Sigma expertise, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with up to 20% travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and 20% internationally.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Create standard work plans for direct and indirect functions across the enterprise.
• Define and deploy standard MOR across all manufacturing locations.
• Identify and deploy AI tools to speed execution, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Utilize DMAIC, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Prepare regular status and impact reports for senior management.
