Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Operations Transformation Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives across footprint, process alignment, resiliency, and capacity expansion within its manufacturing network. You will partner with finance, HR, legal, and operations to optimize cost, drive productivity, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering major strategic programs.

Domestic travel up to 15% and international travel up to 20% are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
• Experience in leading globally engaging projects interfacing with diverse cultures.
• Willingness to travel domestically within the US up to 15% and internationally up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead global footprint optimization projects, including greenfield facility deployments, capacity expansions, consolidations, closures, and network-level loading studies to improve efficiency and growth.
• Coordinate and drive process and equipment projects across multiple facilities with continuous improvement teams.
• Oversee insourcing, outsourcing, and product transfers; create and deploy a standard playbook; support cost analyses for make-versus-buy and transfers.

Education
