Dover Precision Components is seeking a Global Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to lead transformation initiatives across multiple sites. You will drive the global CI strategy, deploy core lean concepts, and deliver baseline productivity improvements through cross-functional collaboration and program execution.

You will work with plant managers and Dover Corporate to implement cost-saving, process-optimization solutions and sustain a strong CI culture across the portfolio, traveling as needed

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean certification (preferred).
• 8–10+ years of progressive Lean Transformation experience across multiple sites.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead the global CI strategy and transformation programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvements and deploy best practices across sites.
• Lead site productivity targets and CI roadmap execution to reduce COGS.
• Mentor plant/functional teams in problem-solving tools and standardized work.
• Coach leaders in deploying lean tools and continuous improvement culture.
