Job summary

Dover Precision Components seeks a Global CI Manager to lead the corporate CI strategy and support plants worldwide in implementing the Dover Operational Excellence program. This high-visibility role focuses on driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and delivering bottom-line productivity savings through lean concepts and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with Plant Managers, DPC CI teams, and Dover Corporate to identify, develop, implement, and support cost-effective solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, business administration or related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification and / or Lean certification.
• Experience with TQMS such as TPS, Honeywell operating system, or similar operational excellence model.
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in Lean Transformation across multiple sites, driving continuous improvement in a high-performing organization, preferably in a manufacturing environment, working with capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develops, communicates, and leads the global CI strategy across plants.
• Champions a robust CI infrastructure with cross-functional collaboration.
• Supports Dover operational excellence initiatives and CI roadmap execution at site level.
• Leads site productivity roadmap projects and drives cost reduction in COGS.
• Establishes standardized work and audits for sustainment and global SQDIP metrics.
