Job summary

Dover Precision Components seeks a Global CI Manager to lead a remote team at eight sites across the USA, Mexico and the UK, reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence. You will develop and execute the corporate CI strategy and support plants implementing the Dover Operational Excellence program.

The role focuses on driving productivity, standardizing processes, and delivering bottom line savings through lean principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Lean certification.
• Experience with TQMS such as TPS or Honeywell operating system.
• 8–10+ years of lean transformation across multiple sites, preferably manufacturing.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading CI teams at multi-site level.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global CI strategy across eight sites.
• Provide cross-functional guidance and mentor CI specialists remotely.
• Partner with Plant Managers and corporate teams to deploy CI programs.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive productivity improvements.
• Standardize processes and sustain a CI culture globally.
