Rehlko is seeking a Manager - Continuous Improvement to lead scalable operational growth across Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Sourcing, and Manufacturing Engineering. You will standardize processes globally, deploy auditable workflows, and drive innovation with new tools and AI—partnering across functions to improve cost, quality, and delivery while ensuring safety and compliance.
Travel up to 20% domestically and 20% internationally may be required; a Bachelor's in engineering or related
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 8+ years in manufacturing leadership.
- Experience in electrical manufacturing or large matrix organizations preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and 20% internationally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy aligned with company goals.
- Define standard work and daily management across manufacturing sites.
- Deploy visual management, dashboards, and control towers enterprise-wide.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve cost, quality, and delivery.
- Present status and impact reports to senior management.
