Responsibilities

• Facilitate regulatory and medical review meetings with global teams and external vendors.
• Oversee promotional material approvals ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Manage workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and support digital content reuse strategies.
• Drive global content review timelines, organize meetings, and ensure clear communication.
• Implement continuous process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams and external partners.
