Job summary

Arrowmac in Chicago is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digital content development for IVAs using Veeva CLM, coordinating with marketing teams and external agencies.

You will drive end-to-end content creation, manage timelines and approvals, and ensure compliance within a regulated environment, leveraging AEM, Figma and Promomats to deliver high-quality assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, business or marketing.
• 3+ years in Veeva CLM content creation, management and deployment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager and related DAM tools.
• Hands-on experience with Figma and Promomats for content development.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
