Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4+ years in global content production operations, content supply chain management, and digital/omnichannel delivery.
• Master’s degree with 7+ years in global content production operations, content supply chain management, and digital/omnichannel delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years in global content production operations, content supply chain management, and digital/omnichannel delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead global production operations and governance for content delivery across multiple channels.
• Oversee a network of agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Define KPIs for speed, quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction and monitor performance.
