iHerb, a global ecommerce leader, seeks a Senior Product Manager – Growth to own strategy, experimentation, and execution of growth initiatives across its B2C experience. Drive improvements in acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and lifetime value across web, app, and owned channels.

This is a hands-on role for a full-stack growth thinker who identifies friction in the customer journey and runs high-velocity experiments to optimize the funnel, collaborating with Engineering,

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving move-the-needle results in a B2C e-commerce or marketplace environment.
• Expertise in A/B testing and multivariate experimentation to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or similar.
• Comfort working with Engineers on APIs, tracking pixels, and data schemas to ensure clean attribution and event logging.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Data in fast-moving, cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of APIs, event-driven architectures, data flows, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end growth strategy across ecommerce surfaces and owned channels.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth opportunities.
• Translate business goals into product requirements and participate in agile processes.
• Design, deploy, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across web and app.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Marketing to align traffic with high-converting experiences.
• Partner with Data to define North Star metrics and tracking.
