Job summary

Prose on Pixels is seeking an Operational Agency Lead to partner with a Global Business Lead and run day-to-day operations for a major global client. You will drive initiatives to improve process, creative and production delivery, and profitability across the team.

You will align with technology, finance, commercial and regional leads to implement org-wide processes, content performance management, and annual operating planning.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operations for a global client portfolio.
• Strong understanding of Martech/Adtech ecosystems and content production workflows.
• Proven ability to drive profitability and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a major global client.
• Partner with Global Business Lead to align processes and initiatives.
• Drive content production, delivery, and optimization across onshore/offshore teams.
• Implement organization-wide processes, performance management, and annual planning.
• Coordinate with technology, finance, commercial and regional operational leads to maintain consistency.
• Own P&L for the client and maximize efficiency across teams.
