Job summary

Prose on Pixels is seeking an Operational Agency Lead to partner with a Global Business Lead and run day-to-day operations for a major global client. You will drive initiatives to improve process, creative and production delivery, and profitability across the team.

You will align with technology, finance, commercial and regional leads to implement org-wide processes, content performance management, and annual operating planning.

Mission & Responsibilities

First and foremost,Prose on Pixelsisa technologyunderpinned, global content studiobusiness, drivingcreativecontent globally through a number of global studios.The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in global onshore/offshore models, contentautomationand modular content origination and distribution.

As the key business partner, working with a Global BusinessLeadto lead a significant global client, the role of theOperational Agency Leadis toalign process andimprove profitability across all aspectsofworkoriginating within the US, with distribution needs across a number of global markets. They willtranslatebusinessstrategy into actionable and comprehensive goals for performance andgrowthhelping to implementorganisation-wide processes,contentperformance management, and annual operating planning. This person willpartner, but hold accountablea number ofteams acrosstechnology, finance, commercial and otherregionaloperational leads.

They will be responsible for, but not exclusively;

• Managing full operations including P&L responsibility on a major global client.


• Extracting the maximum performance from our Adobe tech stack (including Workfront, Adobe Assets, AEM), our onshore and offshore teams and global COEs.


• Analyzinginternal operations andidentifyareas of process enhancement


• Design and implement actionable business strategies and plans that ensure alignment with short-term and long-termobjectivesdeveloped in liaison with thewider business leadership, includingCEO, CFO andEVP,Operations
