Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect focused on container technology to partner with ISVs and SIs, advising customers and shaping AWS services like EKS, ECS, Fargate, and ECR.

You will translate customer needs into scalable, secure workloads, drive GTM initiatives with partner teams, and help evolve product roadmaps while mentoring others and advancing the AWS customer obsession.

Qualifications

5+ years of technology experience in domains listed (software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
Experience with designing and building applications using container and serverless technologies.

Responsibilities

Define container GTM concepts with AWS partners and initiatives.
Design, implementation, and deployment of advanced containerized solutions architectures.
Provide feedback to product teams to influence feature development and roadmaps.
Steward deployment and operations of workloads on AWS using EKS, ECS, Fargate, Kubernetes or other container services.
