Job summary

3M is seeking a TEBG Consumer Electronics Strategy Leader to drive the strategic direction for consumer electronics initiatives worldwide. You will lead market analysis, roadmaps, and growth vectors while coordinating with vertical operations and marketing to align on go-to-market and investments.

Key responsibilities include developing priority accounts, building executive-level presentations, and bridging strategy to executable plans with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Five (5) years of experience across topics such as strategy, marketing, business operations, and business development in a private, public, government or military environment
• Five (5) years of consumer electronics industry experience and interest, particularly within the Electronics supply chain or a leading OEM

Responsibilities

• Leverage deep Consumer Electronics industry knowledge, market research, and technology roadmaps to develop the strategic plan
• Perform market and competitive intelligence analysis to identify growth opportunities and prioritize spaces to win
• Create and own presentation materials for ongoing strategy updates at the Business Group level and senior reviews
• Develop growth vectors, strategic priorities (organic, partner, inorganic) and track milestones
• Bridge strategy to executable, actionable plans and align with cross-functional teams
