Job summary

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or other technical or business-related field or equivalent experiences
• Proven leadership experience in construction and commissioning within the energy or heavy industrial sector stemming more than 15 years of direct relevant expertise
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, commissioning processes, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
• Ability to champion and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Experience working in diverse cultural, environmental, and political environments across the globe.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges and drive solutions in a dynamic environment.
