You will manage vendors and budgets, build team redundancy through a dedicated Meeting Planner, and drive execution while maintaining a focus on quality and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• 8+ years of life sciences congress or events experience.
• Proven ownership of budgets and vendor relationships.
• Strong planning, communication, and compliance mindset.
