BCD Meetings & Events LLC is seeking an Regional Congress Account Manager to manage Life Sciences programs within a fast-paced congress environment. You will collaborate with Global Account Director and operations teams, driving client engagement, reporting, education and overall program success.

The role emphasizes building trusted partnerships, solving problems, and delivering a standout customer experience with hybrid work and travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client-facing roles.
• Exposure to congress, meetings, events, healthcare, or Life Sciences environments.
• Ability to work in a compliance-focused, deadline-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and act as a reliable point of contact.
• Maintain timelines, processes, and quality in a structured environment.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to keep communications flowing and deliverables on track.
• Support reports, presentations, business reviews, and educational materials with accuracy and professionalism.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and elevate the client experience.
