Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Global Congresses to shape the Global Congress and Meetings programs in a fast-paced, regulated, and collaboration-heavy environment. You will be the go-to partner for stakeholders across education, experience and engagement, guiding process, policy, communications, and planning with confidence and clarity.

This role is virtual and operates in the Eastern Time Zone; travel 25%–50% may be required, with coordination across time zones to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in pharmaceutical meeting planning and congress management.
• 3+ years in account management within pharmaceutical meetings management.
• Experience supporting enterprise meetings programs in a compliance-conscious setting.
• Background in stakeholder communications, education, or change management.
• Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills; ability to work with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and act as a trusted contact.
• Translate complex process, policy, and program updates into clear communications and training.
• Manage multiple timelines and moving pieces with organization and deadline discipline.
• Partner across teams to troubleshoot issues and drive consistency across congress and meetings activity.
• Use critical thinking and a consultative approach to support planning and program effectiveness.
