Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking an Regional Congress Account Manager to support Life Sciences clients in a fast-paced congress setting. You will coordinate with Global Account Directors and operations to drive engagement, reporting and education while ensuring a standout customer experience.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to travel 25–50% with onsite work in West Point, US.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client services or program management.
• Exposure to congress, meetings, events, healthcare, or Life Sciences.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven, deadline-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and serve as a reliable point of contact.
• Operate in a structured, detail-oriented setting where timelines and quality matter.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to keep communication open and deliverables on track.
• Support reports, presentations, business reviews and educational materials with accuracy.
