Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Conference Planner, Production Experience & Marquee Content to support the Destination Conference Portfolio. You will coordinate pre-production, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up across global events, ensuring flawless keynote delivery and brand alignment.

The role requires strong project management, budget oversight, and excellent communication as you partner with internal teams and external vendors worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in conferences, events, or related production roles.
• Strong project and budget management skills with multitasking ability.
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams and vendors on global events.
• Excellent written and oral communication and a professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Support project management for keynote sessions by collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Assist live conference production planning and pre-production activities.
• Coordinate pre-production and onsite meetings, including out-of-hours work when needed.
• Manage production timelines, milestones, show flows, and logistics.
• Prepare briefing documents, contact reports, and on-site expectations.
• Coordinate rehearsal scheduling, AV setups, and on-site activities.
• Collaborate with agencies and vendors for assets and media production.
• Track assets and scripts for conferences worldwide and support budget reconciliation.
• Maintain documentation, attendee feedback, and debrief reports.
